What does well being mean to you?
To me, it encompasses the overall health of the whole – physical, mental, social and emotional (or spirit and cosmos). Your well-being can change from moment to moment, day to day, month to month and year to year. It can be influenced by what’s happening in a specific moment and your actions.
My wellbeing strategy is a holistic take on complete wellness, considering physical, spiritual and mental health/wealth.

What does well-being mean to you?
This space is held with the notion that you can achieve anything you put your mind to. As part of the well-being space, we consider how to make well-being a focus for you you. By considering how you are fueling your body, the foods you are nourishing your vessel with, hydration, movement, rest, reset, sleep and then into the more traditional coaching methods of stress management, mindset etc.
Through the wellbeing coaching session we will together unpack the following:
how you nourish and fuel your body
eating and drinking habits
exercise, movement
stress - both good and bad forms of stress
impact of mindfulness
habit tracking
journalling and gratitude
the importance of nutrition linked to mental health
Each session is tailored to your needs at the moment and will have other activities or well-being tasks to keep you accountable.

A discovery call is like a speed date (but for 30 minutes). We will cover some of your main challenges, your goals of working with a coach, and see if we have a spark and will be a good fit to work together.
Each session is tailored and is unique to you. We will look at where you are currently, what your goals are for the future, and briefly touch on what living a beautiful life means to you.
