To me, it encompasses the overall health of the whole – physical, mental, social and emotional (or spirit and cosmos). Your well-being can change moment to moment, day to day, month to month and year to year. It can be influenced by what’s happening in a specific moment and your actions.

Using your unique human design chart, this coaching session reviews your unique blueprint and looks to align where you are currently, any opportunities to your energetic print.

What to expect in your coaching session

We start with a 30-minute discovery call to check on our alignment. Coaching can be an emotional and very intimate experience so we must vibe well together. This session discusses the coaching partnership, and covers key issues/challenges/opportunities.
The first session is locked in once we have agreed on the process and next steps.

Prior to this session, a coaching agreement and enrolment form are to be completed.
The first session delves into the main/pressing issue that has come up in the discovery session.
During the session, we will explore the topic - this may include working through visualisations, future state creation, uncovering limiting beliefs, looking at barriers etc.
At the end of each session, there will be "homework" to assist in deepening any of the topics covered or areas to explore.
During these sessions, I may take notes which are kept on a secure file.

All sessions that follow are individualised and tailored made to your needs and requirements in the moment. This includes any post-session integrations and tools.
