The Deconditioning Journey with Human Design
Part of the Journey & Experiment with human design relates to reflecting on your current lived experience and where you are living in your not-self (shadow), and also where others (close caregivers, siblings, teachers etc.) have influenced your growth and developement - this is called conditioning.
As we spend time in close proximity to others, the individual patterns, triggers, human design profiles, strategy and authority can rub off/ or mesh with our own. We are subjected subconciously to the conditioning of those around us, which can mean we may be in our not-self.
e.g. Your parent is an emotional authority, yet you are splenic - this may affect how you process emotions. becoming more hyped up/amplifying the emotions around you, Rather than sticking and being more grounded and level (which is typically a splenic experience) - as a splenic projector this is something I really identify with!
Whilst understanding what others human design profiles around you are (e.g. your children, parents, friends, partner) is useful - we often don’t have the actual time to systematically decondition from each person. Understanding broadly based on your Human Design type is a great way to start.
The below takes you through strategies to assist in deconditioning for each type with some tips and tricks along the way!
